Mr. Rob Orf with Cochran Exteriors approached me after a hailstorm that caused damaged to numerous houses in my neighborhood including my own roof.  When my insurance adjuster wasn’t initially receptive to a hail damage claim, Rob and Cochran Exteriors’ team took the time to walk the adjuster through the damage and getting the claim approved.

Cochran Exteriors did a great job of guiding me through every step in the roofing process.  Cochran Exteriors identified the best color and style of roofing for my house, and upgraded me to an architectural style of shingle.  When it came to installing my new roof, their crews worked efficiently and courteously and got the job completed in just one long day.  I appreciated that Cochran Exteriors’ crews took the time to clean-up thoroughly at the end of the day and even using magnets to remove stray nails from my garden.  None of my plantings were damaged either, which is a real plus.

We had the roofs replaced on the main house and (2) garages.  We also had some additional work done while they were here (i.e., repair hole in the roof, new gutter guards, etc.).

Cochran Exteriors’ representative, Mr. Scott Langford, came out and met with us to review our buildings.  He discovered a hole in the roof of the house.  He immediately called one of their crews who happened to be in the neighborhood, and they stopped by that same day to temporarily cover the opening for us.  He then arranged to be here when the insurance adjustor came out to look at the damage.  From the beginning, Scott was very attentive.  He maintained constant phone contact throughout the process.  While Cochran Exteriors’ crew was replacing the roofs, Scott was right there watching over things for us.  When the crew finished, they cleaned up the area completely.  Since their work, I think I have only found four or five nails in the yard, which is amazing considering the amount of work they did.  After the final settlement, Scott called back one last time, just to make sure all was well.  I would happy recommend Cochran Exteriors for any work that needed to be done.  Everyone involved were consummate professionals.

I am writing to tell you how wonderfully pleased I am with your company, and with your representative Chase Lecklider!

We were scheduled to close on our new home last week when Murfreesboro suffered our freakish hail storm.  The home we were purchasing was in the path of the hail and suffered severe damage necessitating a new roof, gutters, and fascia.  Our mortgage company stopped us in our tracks by informing us that we could not close until the roof was replaced.  Having sold our home, our moving vans were literally being loaded and we were stuck.  The insurance adjuster arrived to assess the damage on Thursday afternoon.  On Friday morning Chase and Cochran Exteriors was on the scene and beginning work before 7 a.m.  By 9:00 a.m. the damaged roof had been stripped and preparations made for the new roof.  The roof was complete by noon on Saturday, our moving vans arrived, and sanity was restored!

Add to this story the fact that during this traumatic time you not only acted fast, but you did such a wonderful job!  The roof is beautiful and was clearly done right.  Your crew wasted no time, and thoroughly cleaned up after completion.  And they took such great care of our landscaping which was not compromised in any way due to their efforts.
