Duke from Cochran Exteriors examined our roofing structure in spring of 2019. He provided both honest and high level insight into the best course action moving forward. I would recommend contacting Cochran for any exterior needs.

Very responsive, was actually early for a scheduled appointment. Even offered to repair our roof when it was just out of the warranty period. Have done a great job and will use them in the future.

Cochran exterior did a great job with my extensive hail damage and then when roof was damaged again came out did an excellent job and made sure for complete customer satisfaction

Duke was absolutely amazing, he did a repair on my home and even cut the branch that was causing the damage. He was very friendly and professional plus went above and beyond to help me. Will definitely be recommending this company to friends and family.

On 8-19-2019 I went to deliver some groceries that Cochran Exterior was working at. Upon driving I the parking lot I ran over several nails that I didn't know where there, until a passerby told me there was several nails stuck in the tire. Brian Harris the Superintendent came to the car and saw the problem. He immediately apologize for what happened, called his boss and Brian put the spare on and followed me to the tire place. Cochran Exterior brought me two brand new tire that was damaged by the nails. This is unrelated but it shows that they do care for people and are willing to do the right thing. Thank you Brian for sitting with until it was done.👍👍👍👍👍
