My 83 year old mom had some serious leaks in a 25 year old rubber roof on her sunroom. With a week of storms approaching she was very anxious about potential damage in her home. The Cochran team was at her house immediately to inspect the roof and explained to her in very simple terms what the solution was for it. They had a repair crew there the next day and did a fantastic job of removing the bad rubber roof, repairing the flashing, putting on new shake siding above it, adding a beautiful new rubber roof and finishing the job by replacing worn out shingles around the rubber roof with new shingles that matched the existing roof perfectly. And they were finished in less than a day. It rained hard the next two days and not a speck of water inside. My mom is thrilled and her experience with Cochran was outstanding. I would recommend Cochran to any home owner who wants a quality contractor you can trust.

He was open and honest about the lack of any damage and said it would be a waste of my time, my insurance company’s inspector’s as well as Cochran’s to try to get any claim settlement from the insurance company. I appreciated his honesty.

Rodo and his team were professional and quick to complete the siding. I appreciated the walk through at both the beginning and the end of the project! All issues were addressed in a timely and professional manor! Edgar and his crew were also top notch and many neighbors have complimented the final appearance! My wife and I are so impressed with the work done by Cochran Exteriors! Also, the financing offered by Cochran helped to make the project an easy decision.
