During an April storm, our roof was damaged due to high winds and hail. I contacted Cochran Exterior Company for initial inspection and Mr. Morgan was assigned to have the inspection completed, to work with our insurance company and to oversee the completion of the project. He took his time to work with our insurance company to file the claim, assisted us in selecting the right product in reviewing different product options and completing the project. His service was outstanding and courteous. In addition, the office administrator followed up with us on scheduling the crew via excellent communications via texts and emails. The crew was on time and completed the job to our full satisfactions. I would rate the service from this organization as excellent and would highly recommend Cochran for any roofing and exterior services needed. Thank You!

We contacted 3 companies to come out after our home was hit by a hail storm. Our rep from Cochran, John David Morgan was by far the best we had out. After inspecting our home, he sat down with us and explained the entire insurance process, step by step. He had a program where we could see what our house would look like with different siding and helped us decide what type we would like. He was the only rep to point out that we needed to have all of the holes in our siding taped to avoid further damage. Within 24 hours a crew came out to cover all the holes. After they left I noticed they had missed some in the back. I contacted John David and he came out, got on his ladder and covered the holes himself. We are definitely going with Cochran. 1st Class service.
