After inspecting our home, he sat down with us and explained the entire insurance process, step by step. He had a program where we could see what our house would look like with different siding and helped us decide what type we would like. He was the only rep to point out that we needed to have all of the holes in our siding taped to avoid further damage. Within 24 hours a crew came out to cover all the holes. After they left I noticed they had missed some in the back. I contacted John David and he came out, got on his ladder and covered the holes himself. We are definitely going with Cochran. 1st Class service.
