I worked with AJ for getting estimates as well as scheduling work to be done on the gutters and siding. I was in the middle of selling my home, and there were numerous circumstances and somewhat unusual requests that came up on my part and the part of the buyer. AJ and the Cochran Team handled all concerns in a professional and timely manner and did so with genuine kindness. Honest
Hail storm had loosened a piece of siding near the roof. Duke found it and nailed it back in place. Suggested a wait and see attitude if this solves the problem. Duke was honest and up front which is greatly appreciated.
1st Class
We contacted 3 companies to come out after our home was hit by a hail storm. Our rep from Cochran, John David Morgan was by far the best we had out. After inspecting our home, he sat down with us and explained the entire insurance process, step by step. He had a program where we could see what our house would look like with different siding and helped us decide what type we would like. He was the only rep to point out that we needed to have all of the holes in our siding taped to avoid further damage. Within 24 hours a crew came out to cover all the holes. After they left I noticed they had missed some in the back. I contacted John David and he came out, got on his ladder and covered the holes himself. We are definitely going with Cochran. 1st Class service.
