Excellent Customer Service
When contacting Cochran exteriors the service tech Dustin called the day of and explain he could come earlier than the 1:00 scheduled appointment. I said that that would be great and he showed up within 20 minutes of his phone call. Dustin was very professional in his appearance and very knowledgeable in consulting the scope of work. He explained how the repair/replacement of the James Hardie needs to be installed properly to maintain the integrity of the entire wall section. Dustin took the time to thoroughly go over the options of paying out of pocket verses going through my homeowners insurance. I felt well informed during the damage estimate consultation with Dustin. I also followed up with a professional trim expert who confirmed Dustin's written estimate regarding the high material cost. I will use Cochran Exteriors for all my home exterior contracting work because of Dustin's professionalism and friendly customer service.
Small Job
From beginning to end the small job I needed done was handled professionally. There was no high sales pitch to do more than I wanted done. Communication was consistent giving me updates on the production with my siding. Installation was completed within a couple hours. My installer John was GREAT! He kept me up to date on what he was doing and taking the time to remove some over hanging limbs and letting me know about the potential critter in my attic. He was very professional and made me feel at ease. Thank you for a wonderful experience all the way around Cochran team!
Roof Repair
Before our appointment, Andrew Stout called to verify details of what work needed to be done. He arrived on time. He was very thorough and courteous. He investigated the issue plus made certain there was no other damage to the roof.

Cochran did soffit, fascia and gutters for us. Wonderful job, everything looks amazing! Their crew was quick, cleaned up beautifully and did quality work. Beshoy Bahr was our contact person who did our quote and he was so easy to work with and answered all our wuestions. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing exterior work done!

Roof replacement covered by insurance
I can't say enough positive things about Andrew Stout. He put in a lot of time pursuing our claim for hail damage which resulted in insurance paying for our new roof. He is knowledgeable, responsive and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. We love our new roof.
