Cochran recently replaced our entire roof singles and some damaged sheathing. After this experience I would highly recommend Cochran for any exterior projects. I would also highly recommend asking for Duke as your project manager because he made the whole experience both painless and smooth. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years so know a good one when I find one! When Duke first came to inspect the roof’s storm damage, he immediately tarped a hole as a rainstorm was coming the next day. He took pictures to show me all the storm damage as well as previous hail damage. He said to contact my insurance company and that he would come back to meet with the insurance adjuster. Duke returned to meet with our adjuster to make sure the insurance company wouldn’t miss anything. Duke then sat down with me and patiently explained the entire steps of the new roof replacement, even having samples to show me of singles, felt, flashing, ridge vent, trim etc. that they would be using. When the crew came to replace the roof, Duke was there to supervise the project. Once again he sent pictures to my phone from start to finish so that I could “see” the project from the roof! Also, the crew was hard working, polite, and courteous, finishing the job in one long day! Once done, I saw more pictures of my brand new beautiful roof. My yard was then cleaned up spotlessly. Found Jake the repairman to be knowledgeable and very professional. He gave me multiple options for my repair and found him very respectful. He completed the repair in minimal time and gave me some additional ideas for future reference. Very nice person!

Everyone we dealt with, especially our primary contact, Nathan Bussberg, was very pleasant and professional, and their subcontractors were professional as well. The quality of the work appears to be top notch thus far. We are very pleased with our experience, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring residential construction services. 5 star.

Small job-big time service
Todd made the extra effort to do a relatively simple job of re-attaching our gutter that had pulled away from the house due to weight from ice and shingle pellets. Done well, done quickly and done professionally. Will recommend he and Cochran to any who ask for help.

Good, the roof and siding look very nice. We’ve Had a lot of people comment on how good it looks. One of my neighbors actually had siding installed from our recommendation of you guys. Jamie Miller performance in getting the job done and without any problems was as expected. I was wondering why I never had anyone come to see us when the job was finished. I will continue to tell people about Cochran Exteriors and the nice job they did on my home.

Cochran Exteriors did excellent work replacing wood on my house. The team that worked on my house were skilled, pleasant and hardworking. They cleaned up and carried away all of the construction mess. Corey Long quoted the job, then stayed on top of all ordering and scheduling. He quickly responded to any and all questions that I had.
