Having a tree fall on your house isn't anyone's idea of a good time, but I'm so pleased with both the repairs and improvements that the team made happen. No major project will be free from twists and turns, but Cochran made sure I was happy with the end result. New roof, siding, paint, and upstairs windows - it's practically a new house!

We had some siding damage and wood rot around the upstairs window. I had a vision and Cochran Exteriors made it come true. We first with Jamie M. who came to our home. He was very personable and friendly and explained the different siding options. He provided multiple quotes tailored to our specific requests. Jamie was extremely responsive via phone and text. The site manager, Rodo, was responsive and helpful when we had questions. The office staff was wonderful and the construction staff was extremely hard working! Highly recommend!

Cochran was great to work with from beginning to end. We initially met with Beshoy, who helped us come up with a plan and stayed with us throughout the process. He was even on site for completion of the work to make sure that everything was done perfectly. John, Ryan, Steve, and so many others were fantastic as well. We had two sliding glass doors and a bifold door installed as well as new gutters. We would definitely work with these guys again.

Responding to a call regarding a problem with some shingles on my roof, Juan went on the roof, examined the shingles, then came down for his roofing, hammer and nails. Back on the roof for a half an hour, he receded all the shingles and determined they should be fine once they have settled in the sun. Great service!!

Beshoy Bahr-Project Manager/Sales Representative is absolutely amazing! Out of the 3 contractors I chose Cochran because of Beshoy. He is a man of integrity/honesty with my family’s best interest/wants/needs at the forefront of this big project. The project included 5 brand new Provia doors, 3 windows, new Owens Corning roof install, James Hardie siding install, new gutter system install, 4 skylights, and new chimney. Beshoy checked in with me daily via phone calls/texts as well as weekly in person home visits to make sure everything was completed correctly/perfectly. He was available via cell phone 24-7 if I had any questions/concerns. He was extremely patient with my family and gave us exactly what we wanted/needed. Even after our gigantic home project was completed he still checks in on us making sure everything is still perfect. He truly heated about his clients. Thank you Beshoy for making this huge home project stress free and actually enjoyable. I will always come back to Cochran for any future projects as long as Beshoy will be there with us! Great experience working with Cochran Exteriors. From the start they treated my small repair like a top-dollar account. I had a piece of siding repeatedly coming off of the peak of my 2 story house. I had it repaired last year by another company, but it came off again as soon as the weather hit this winter. Andrew Stout and Steve Hubbard not only fixed the missing piece, but also investigated why it kept coming off in the first place. This is something the previous company didn't do. I'm glad I reached out to Cochran to do this job. Other companies wouldn't even bother with such a small repair. One company even told me they had a $900 minimum. I feel like Cochran really wants to build a reputation as a company that helps people solve issues with their home exteriors no matter the situation. They know that the small jobs often lead to loyal customers and recommendations given by word of mouth. I'll definitely keep this company in mind when anything home exterior related comes up.
