After the hail storm that damaged my house they were very prompt, communication was great by the entire team and everyone was very professional from start to finish. The repairs that were done were finished on time and quality was top notch. In particular I would like to thank Beshoy. His communication was great, he was extremely helpful and went the extra mile through the whole process. Thank you to the whole Cochran team!!

If you’re looking for quality work at an honest price, look no further! These guys are the real deal and I wont be using anyone else! The guy who came out for the quote (Andrew S.) was super helpful and down to earth - I could tell he was really trying to save us money and get things done the right way. He was there for us through the whole project from start to finish and I could tell he genuinely cared. It’s hard to find people who don’t cut corners and after the work they did for us - I won’t call anyone but Andrew at Cochran!

Cochran Exteriors removed our old roofing and replaced it with new, as well as rectifying some issues with flashing and gutters, all within a single day. Highly recommended if you want high quality work done in record time.

Three years ago I bought an old house that was gutted & remodeled. Since then I have found a number of things that were done incorrectly & have to be replaced, including the siding. There have been a lot of challenges installing the new siding. They have found creative ways to deal with all of these. I am really impressed with their work. All of my interactions with anyone in the company have been good. Office staff has responded promptly to my calls. They have been courteous & helpful. The work crew has always arrived on time, been courteous & professional, & did a perfect job cleaning up after themselves. They explained each problem, discussed solutions with me, & kept me informed of their progress. Several crew members & their supervisor even worked on their usual day off. Before choosing Cochran Exteriors, I did a lot of research & got 4 other estimates.They have a few things to finish but I am sure that I will be glad that I chose them & will be able to recommend them to others.
