Fact finding
I had contacted Cochran via Home Advisor for an inspection of our roof which would most likely require replacement soon. I very much appreciated them contacting me promptly as well as working with my schedule to come out and inspect our home. The duo who did the inspection were very honest and matter of fact about our needs and even provided some feedback on our siding. The inspection was quick, thorough and very informative. Although we are still in our information gathering stages, I can say that Cochran is in the running for the job.

I had a concern about one of my gutters. Cochran exteriors had replaced some board siding where the gutter was . I thought the gutter had come loose. Jake came out when I reported it and checked it. He showed me it was ok and nothing was wrong. I really appreciate how prompt Someone came and checked it for me. Jake was very kind and professional. Thank you so very much Jake.
