Storm Damage
A storm in June put a hole in our roof and did a lot of damage to the shingles. We were very lucky that your employee ANDREW DOUGLAS was able to put a temporary patch on the hole that lasted for months until he was able to convince our insurance that we needed a new roof. Due to the insurance inspector not doing his job, Andrew had to do a zoom meeting from the roof to show the adjuster all of the damage. Due to Andrew's persistence with our insurance we finally got a new roof. We appreciate ANDREW DOUGLAS'S dedication to getting the job done and it looks GREAT! :))
Excellent Service
We were referred to Mr Morgan and Cochran Exteriors by numerous neighbors. We had a storm come through our neighborhood and they did most of the new roofs. I contacted Mr Morgan and he immediately came out and checked our roof. He recommended we file a claim. When our adjuster came out Mr Morgan met with him. We had a lot of issues with our company Westfield Insurance. It took some time but Mr Morgan handled things and we got a new roof. The crew that came out did a great job. They completed our roof in one day and did a thorough job cleaning up. Everyone I had to speak with at Cochran Exteriors did a fantastic job. I join my neighbors in highly recommending Cochran Exteriors.
Wow!
Duke came out and didn’t even charge us for cleaning our gutters out on our two story roof. Refused to accept payment. Will be using Cochran for all our future needs and will tell our friends! Unbelievable service!
Great Experience
We had storm damage on our roof. John David came out to help us. He got us through the entire insurance mess and showed us how much better it would be to change our siding to James Hardie. He had a computer program to show us how out house would look It took almost 2 years to decide on everything and save the necessary funds. John David was very patient with us and never pushed us or showed any frustration for how long it was taking us. We have had a few issues during our work being completed but one call to John David and the issues were fixed. I highly recommend Cochran Exteriors They do a great job and are a very honest group to work with.
New siding and trim
Clay worked with us to get a great new look for siding replacement on our house! Clay was able to work within our budget and made some cost cutting proposals that kept alignment with Cochran's high quality standards. Sarah kept the project moving and finished ahead of schedule! Rodo and his team were professional and quick to complete the siding. I appreciated the walk through at both the beginning and the end of the project! All issues were addressed in a timely and professional manor! Edgar and his crew were also top notch and many neighbors have complimented the final appearance! My wife and I are so impressed with the work done by Cochran Exteriors! Also, the financing offered by Cochran helped to make the project an easy decision. Now that the dust has settled and all fine print is read, we have no buyers remorse! We will look forward to working with Cochran again when our roof needs to be replaced!
Cabana
The installation team and initial salesperson were very professional. The job was completed as expected with no issues. Only area of opportunity would be to improve communication when coming to job site. Received a text on Thursday that the team would arrive on Friday. I agreed. A text later in the day I received a text stating they crew could not come on Friday and would like to come on Monday. I asked if I could confirm on Friday about Monday. I confirmed on Friday but never received a response back. Felix and Riley were a pleasure.

Roof Inspection
Cade came out to inspect our roof for possible storm damage. Cade did a great job outlining the suggested work that should be addressed when it comes time to replace our roof. Very thorough and professional and no pushy sales tactics.
