Roofing and siding experience
We would like to commend Brian Meadows for all his help this past year. His patience and perseverance in dealing with the insurance company was over and above expectations. Working with him to get our siding and roof replaced was exceptional. His level of communication during the project kept us informed through the long drawn out process of dealing with the insurance ompany. We would highly recommend him as a representative of the company. Our experience with Cochran Exteriors was very positive and I would recommend them for future projects
New siding from Cochran is great
We had a great experience with Cochran. We got complete new James Hardie siding for our house. Jamie Miller helped with choices, quote, and logistics. He was easy to work with, gave us advice, and listened carefully to the details we wanted. Rodo Cruz supervised the work crew. They did a fantastic job, were careful with the plants around the house, and finished the job exactingly. Sarah in the office gave us updates every morning about crew arrival. And the house looks great.
Siding looks great
Cochran installed new James Hardie siding on our house. Jamie Miller helped with the design, quote, and scheduling; Rodo Cruz supervised the team; and Sarah helped with the daily scheduling. The crew was prompt and worked very carefully, the installation was meticulous, and the final result looks great.
Missing siding
I had some siding come down during a recent storm. Not knowing who to call I just happened to find them on a google search. They were able to come out within a few days. David Bernas came out and was able to put the piece back up with no charge to me. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He gave the house an entire inspection, didn’t try to sell me something I don’t need. I would definitely use them again.

AJ was professional and great to work with. He was happy to answer any of my questions and concerns in addition to walking me through the process. As a result of my great experience with AJ, I decided to also purchase a sliding door with Cochran.
