When contacting Cochran exteriors the service tech Dustin called the day of and explain he could come earlier than the 1:00 scheduled appointment. I said that that would be great and he showed up within 20 minutes of his phone call. Dustin was very professional in his appearance and very knowledgeable in consulting the scope of work. He explained how the repair/replacement of the James Hardie needs to be installed properly to maintain the integrity of the entire wall section. Dustin took the time to thoroughly go over the options of paying out of pocket verses going through my homeowners insurance. I felt well informed during the damage estimate consultation with Dustin. I also followed up with a professional trim expert who confirmed Dustin's written estimate regarding the high material cost. I will use Cochran Exteriors for all my home exterior contracting work because of Dustin's professionalism and friendly customer service.
