Storm Damage

A storm in June put a hole in our roof and did a lot of damage to the shingles. We were very lucky that your employee ANDREW DOUGLAS was able to put a temporary patch on the hole that lasted for months until he was able to convince our insurance that we needed a new roof. Due to the insurance inspector not doing his job, Andrew had to do a zoom meeting from the roof to show the adjuster all of the damage. Due to Andrew's persistence with our insurance we finally got a new roof. We appreciate ANDREW DOUGLAS'S dedication to getting the job done and it looks GREAT! :))
